Plans & Billing

Nine residential fiber tiers from 20 Mbps (NPR 705/month) to 100 Mbps (NPR 1,723/month), exclusive of TSC & 13% VAT. The full tariff: 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 50, 60, 70, and 100 Mbps. Custom bandwidth is available for business customers — contact us for a quote.
No hidden charges. On monthly/quarterly billing the published one-time costs are NPR 500 installation (non-refundable), a drop wire free up to 50 m (then NPR 25 per meter), and a NPR 1,000 ONU deposit refunded on return. With yearly billing there are no one-time charges at all. All prices are exclusive of 10% TSC and 13% VAT, which apply at billing.
Yes. Quarterly billing is 5% off, half-yearly is 10% off, and yearly billing works out to two months free — with no one-time charges on the yearly cycle. Ask our team about current offers when you subscribe.
Residential plans have no fixed monthly data cap but are intended for normal household use. To keep speeds consistent for every customer, a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) applies to abnormally heavy, sustained usage that degrades service for others on the same network segment; normal home usage — streaming, gaming, video calls, downloads, online classes, remote work — is never affected.

Installation & Equipment

On monthly/quarterly billing, installation costs NPR 500 (non-refundable) and the ONU requires a NPR 1,000 refundable deposit; the drop wire is free up to 50 meters, then NPR 25 per meter. On yearly billing there are no one-time charges at all.
Most installations are completed within a few days of subscribing, depending on your area and the cabling route. Our team schedules a visit at a time that suits you.

Fiber-to-the-home carries data as light in both directions over glass, so uploads match downloads — unlike copper connections. That makes video calls, cloud backups, and content creation just as fast as streaming.
Fiber is far less prone to peak-hour congestion than copper. As an autonomous network (AS140050) with direct control over routing, we keep speeds consistent when the city is busiest.
